The guys at Busselton Multi Service re-soled my favourite ballet flats and did a marvellous job. They also came back cleaned over and even seemed to fit better again. Great job and would highly recommend.

Had an expensive watch band that numerous other businesses tried to fix. These legends did it in 15 minutes for a fraction of quotes I’d received from others. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable economical - these guys will be my first stop for watch repairs from now on.

Busselton Multi Service are the best!Last week they did a great job of repairing the heels on my walking boots and this week repaired the inside zip of our suitcase. Very efficient and friendly service with very reasonable prices. A big thank you BMS!

Went in with a difficult request. An image i wanted engraved onto a bottle. The two legends had no issue walking me through the process, kept in communication as to how the job was going. He didn't just do what I asked, he told me how what I wanted could be improved to look even better. And then charged less than I expected. Was so good I went home grabbed my mug and got them to blast it on that too.Couldn't be happier with the service and the job. Ill be back for surePs. Can't get a great photo because of the reflections.

I gave the guys at Busselton Multi Service a very difficult task. I needed a bunch of 6 sprigs of wheat engraved on the small face of a gold signet ring. The ring was a very special memorial gift for my sons girlfriend and the engraving represented the families wheat farm in NSW. I was nervous about the finished result but I was absolutely delighted with the outcome. Andy was helpful in explaining the risks but also professional and reassuring. He did a number of sample runs until I was happy to proceed on the actual piece of jewellery. Highly recommend their wonderful service and appreciate that we still have a great little business like this one in the South West.

Fantastic business - fast, friendly service and quality results. Today they engraved some water bottles with our business logo and they look fantastic, previously have helped me out fixed a broken zipper on a much loved handbag. Highly recommend.

I can’t thank these guys enough for sorting my hat.. ladies not sure if you are like me but I always have my hair up when I’m out working. I was unable to get a cowgirl hat with a ponytail access so I took it to the guys at busso multi devices and problem sorted.. they did an awesome job and will definitely be going back with my new one. Thanks heaps guys
